Private School

Student will be registered through Delaware Department of Education as a private school student with Traveling TutorZ
LLC as well as attendance and records maintained and reported. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in-person
schooling include all subjects: English Language Arts, Math, Science, History, Art Integration, and electives, also
includes field trips. The hours of instructional time are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. 

There is a one-time Registration Fee of $100 which includes access to the School Information System (SIS), MySchoolWorx, which includes report cards, grades, attendance, school events, school closings, direct messaging, and more.  

*Students with Special Needs that require a one-on-one teacher are a flat rate of $100 per day. We must charge this
rate so we can bring in a para-professional to be assigned to the student. The student will need to choose an option to
go into for the contract, so we can hire the para to come in on a regularly scheduled basis. I will modify and assign all
learning for the student to be in the ‘inclusive’ classroom setting with his/her ‘age’ level peers.

(This option will also be available for the students in Carla’s room to go to Frankford for the day)

THERE ARE NO VACATION OR HOLIDAYS WITH THIS OPTION AS IT IS A STUDENT SELF-PACED OPTION. HOWEVER, WHEN THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED FOR IN-PERSON, THERE IS A $75 CREDIT FOR THAT WEEK. $55 IS ALWAYS DUE EVEN DURING THE HOLIDAYS OR VACATIONS.

There is a one-time Registration Fee of $100 which includes access to the School Information System (SIS), MySchoolWorx, which includes report cards, grades, attendance, school events, school closings, direct messaging, and more.

THERE ARE NO VACATION OR HOLIDAYS WITH THIS OPTION AS IT IS A STUDENT SELF-PACED OPTION. TUTORING FOR THIS OPTION IS STILL AVAILABLE EVEN IF THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED. 

Student will be registered through Delaware Department of Education as a private school student with Traveling TutorZ
LLC as well as attendance and records maintained and reported. Student will be assigned all subjects using online
platforms. Please note, this option does not include any face-to-face or virtual tutoring session. This option can be
chosen with having virtual or in-person tutoring sessions on an as needed basis at a rate of $50 per session.
